What is JLSclarity?

JLSclarity (\Jewlz – kler’i-tee\) is Javis Lee Sneed (JLS), seeing clear; living life guided by the God of creation – secure in the truth of His salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

Now I better understand my purpose – the reason I’m here – what I was created to do. In all these things, I am still JLS, but now I see clear. What i am called to do, I do with a renewed perspective. A true clarity. JLSclarity.

MISSION

Promoting the clarity of the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world in life, music, photography and design.

MUSIC

Psalm 100 begins with “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands” and ends with “…and his truth endureth to all generations.” Preaching the Gospel of truth to this generation is what God has called me to do, uncompromising and straightforward, just as the Bible teaches it. I’m currently writing and recording for my first album, which is still untitled.

PHOTOGRAPHY

For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: – Romans 1:20

Every second that passes in time is a moment that we cant get back. One way that we cherish these memories is by taking photos – to save a part of that moment to be revisited at a later date.

God’s creation is amazing – from the beauty of human life to the mysteries of the farthest reaches of the universe. It’s a blessing that i am able to capture some of this beauty through photography. Photography has become a large part of my business – and my favorite past-time. How many people can say that they love their job so much that they do it on their day off? :)

GRAPHIC DESIGN

I was introduced to photoshop in 2004 and began to create text flyers and eventually manipulate images. By the grace of God, within a year I began to design flyers and business cards for clients – without any formal training in graphic design. I wont show you my first works :) but lets just say that Ive come a long way since then.

Through graphic design I’ve been able to network with many people, businesses and ministries over the years. Some of the relationships built through design work are close friends and business/ministry associates to this day. I never thought then that I would be doing this for a living, but God has used it to sustain me as well as bless many ministries and people I’ve met along the way.  I give Him all the glory for every step of the way, and pray that He continues to use me in this way and many others for His glory.
